Soil-Max Plows

Soil-Max plows, made from T1 steel, offer twice the tensile strength at half the weight, making them easier to pull through soil while reducing drag. They can install 3 to 10-inch tiles with quick-change poly-sided boots and shear, ensuring precise trench maintenance for accurate pipe placement. The plows feature zero deflection for better grade control, a proprietary proportional valve for fine-tuned adjustments, and additional options like a PWM-controlled tile feeder and walking tandems.

Using Ag Leader’s Intellislope, tiling becomes easy in three steps: Survey, Plan, and Install. Begin by collecting a survey of the surface elevation by driving over the path either ahead of time or during installation. Next, enter the necessary parameters to ensure the tile is placed as desired in the field, or import a complete tile plan from SMS Advanced. Finally, let InCommand with Intellislope handle the precise control of the tile plow. The AutoTile mode will automatically adjust the plow’s depth, or you can use manual grade or pitch control modes for customized operation.
